Pamplin Film Company is the motion picture company behind the biopic Hoover, as well as the feature length documentary, A Dog’s Life: The Oscar Lose Story. Pamplin Film Company has also produced Michael Winslow Live and the informational DVD, Magic 4 Morons. Pamplin Film Company has cultivated close ties with Academy Award®-winning actor Ernest Borgnine, and the actor has recently signed a deal to star in and Executive Produce three feature films with the firm. Pamplin Film Company is currently in pre-production for the Comedy-Action Feature Film, Crimebusters.

Aside from developing, producing, and marketing feature films and documentaries, Pamplin Film Company offers consulting services that cover all aspects of motion picture development. PFC is able to assist filmmakers with everything from casting to post-production. The media savvy company also offers distribution channels and publicity solutions for projects of all sizes.

Filmmaker and corporate namesake, Rick Pamplin established Pamplin Film Company in 1994. The company initially began business in Universal Studios Florida and took advantage of the back lots and talent that accompany a working movie studio. After over a decade at Universal Studios Florida, Pamplin Film Company moved operations to North Palm Beach, Florida in 2008.

The Pamplin Film Company values the local Florida community, and the Motion Picture Industry as a whole. Pamplin Film Company is affiliated with the Directors Guild of America, the Florida Film Festival, IATSE, and the Screen Actors Guild, Inc. The Pamplin Film Company has been a proud corporate-level member of the Florida Motion Picture & Television Association and is proud to support local talent in their projects.
